Legal Profession

All too often, due to cost restraints and tight timing, documentation on which contracts are awarded are
simplistic to say the least. This has a flow on affect as to what the Builder believes is documented and getting and what the Fabricator has assumed he is providing.

An understanding of industry terminology like typical, as required etc without explicit clarification are
interpreted differently by individuals, but what do the documents really imply, where and how much? This all too often is viewed differently by two parties and depending on design and notation, industry expectations dictates.

With my years of experience in tendering and quoting, I am all too familiar with these expectations and simply put, the documents as presented are the governing factor. Along with Structural, Architectural and Contractual documentation, most disputes are quickly identified and argued accordingly.

From Third Party Resolution between Builder and Fabricator, Builder and Consultant or Client, allow me to revue all documentation, present the facts in a manner which both parties can interpret, allowing them to resolve there differences.

Failing that, as an Expert Witness assist your Legal team interpret the drawings explaining what is documented and understanding industry expectations, allowing them to build a case on your behalf.
